Golang Job: Golang Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Golang Developer with our industry-leading client in Charlotte, NC.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable back-end code utilizing Go for REST API development, SQL database development and maintenance, unit tests, and design documentation.
• Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in software development and engineering principles.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Go Development.
• Code and test software based on software specifications and designs.
• Analyze and scrutinize complex system requirements.
• Design software tools and subsystems to facilitate reuse and domain software development.
• Employ sound software engineering principles to ensure the developed code is maintainable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault-tolerant.
• Provide software process management and control throughout the coding phase of the software development process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Go development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in designing, developing, and documentation of REST API endpoints.
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
